American Dream-Come-True in Italy

It did for me; nearly 20 years ago, my soul found its place in Tuscany.

Then came the education through experience.

First was the challenge of successfully finding, financing, negotiating and understanding the nuances involved in the purchase of my piece of paradise. Next came assembling the contractors for an extensive restoration, managing the remodeling project, coordinating an international move and furnishing the home. Finally, I developed an invaluable network of trusted local professionals, community resources, service providers and regional artisans.

Earlier passions for Italian culture and lifestyle were now augmented by a thorough education in making a real estate dream become a living reality.

This was the scenario 20 years ago; it's the material for an epic tale of romantic adventure, lots of trial and error and countless humorous anecdotes. I am forever grateful that life gave me this opportunity.... and I that took it.

Now, post formation of the EU and working within a truly global brokerage,Sotheby's International Realty, the realization of your Italian dream is a much smoother process. In partnership with my affiliate office, Milan Lake Como Tuscany Sotheby's International Realty, extraordinary properties are artfully united with extraordinary people, providing full-service, soup-to-nuts attention to realizing your dream.
