The Geography of Home: Around the Sound. Exploring the Best of the Pacific Northwest

In a relatively small area, the Puget Sound region offers an impressive array of diverse and distinctly unique environments.  An apt introductory description to visitors or relocation clients is that these environments often have little relationship to one another and are certainly defined by geography. This in turn creates the singular culture, ambiance and lifestyle amenities particular to each setting. In some ways, Lake Washington separates Bellevue from Seattle as effectively as if it were another state; indeed, a standing joke is the need for a passport to cross the floating bridge from one city to the other.

Because there is so many offerings to be experienced, this allows for more opportunities to slow down, linger longer and steep in all that this  region has to offer. Next week, I am pleased to host and speak in a conference held here, (referenced in an earlier post, January 17, 2015.) RealEstateSuccess.Rocks will bring together several hundred of the nations most innovative real estate industry leaders, all of whom are committed to learning, growing and sharing. To welcome my colleagues, I am delighted to present our favorite list of the Best of the Northwest. Please enjoy;  perhaps it will enhance your discovery of treasured sites and activities, whether you are a long term resident or first time visitor.
