Kirkland Downtown Lakefront Condo - SOLD
Buying a home is a complex process. We must be aware of wearing two hats: the first one is the rational hat because this purchase must be considered in terms of an investment, the second is the irrational hat because this home is also where we seek to find our lifestyle and emotional needs satisfied. As we look, we become clearer as to what we want and how we make decisions. We are, after all, experiential learners.
I advise my buyers to be aware of looking at properties through different filters. The first time we look at a property we are making a mental inventory list: how many bathrooms, bedrooms on one floor, separate entry, family room off kitchen etc. When we return to a property a second time, it’s a different experience. Having made the check list, we can now feel what it’s like to live in those spaces.
"Joanmarie demonstrated to me her unique calling in serving her client. She has deep experience in real estate and a passion to learn and know people. She is smart, operates at multiple levels and thinks steps ahead of most people. Her incredible adaptability and uncanny ability to know what I wanted before I communicated to her made me feel comfortable and confident that I would land the dream home I aspired. Her flexibility also allowed her to learn as my needs shifted through the experience and quickly switch tactics to advise me when the seller changed their mind about something at the last minute.
Joanmarie also built a strong relationship with the seller’s agent, and used that relationship as a means of ultimately influencing the seller toward decisions that served me well. Joanmarie’s great connection, quality of relationships with people and relentless perseverance to always make the client happy has given me no doubt that when I look to sell and/or buy my next home, Joanmarie will be the first person I call." - John B.
